SPECIAL BOARD MEETING/PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
DECEMBER 16, 2008
Supervisor Behnke called the Special Board Meeting/Public Hearing to order at 6:00 at the Pennfield Middle School Cafeteria. Present were: Supervisor Behnke, Clerk Case, Treasurer Phillips, Trustees Bartlett, Beard, Bordine-Houseman. Trustee Ensign was excused. Clerk Case called the roll and Supervisor Behnke led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The purpose of this Special Board Meeting/Public Hearing was to receive comments regarding the formation of a Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and designation of downtown district boundaries . There were 15 residents present and 4 residents spoke.
There were no other comments, therefore, Supervisor Behnke asked for a motion to adjourn, which was motioned by Trustee Bartlett and seconded by Trustee Bordine-Houseman. Motion carried, meeting adjourned at 6:39 PM.
