MEETING MINUTES
WORKSHOP #1 – FEBRUARY 4, 2010
Supervisor Behnke called the Budget Workshop #1 to order at 5:15 p.m. at the Pennfield Township Hall to review the fiscal year proposed budget for 2010-2011. Present were Supervisor Behnke, Clerk Case, Treasurer Phillips, Trustees Bartlett, Beard and Ensign. Trustee Bordine-Houseman was excused.
The purpose of the Budget Workshop #1 was to go through the fiscal year (2010-2011) proposed budget for the Township’s General Fund, Inspections Department, Water Department and the Sewer Department. Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
WORKSHOP #2 – FEBRUARY 23, 2010
Supervisor Behnke called the Budget Workshop #2 to order at 5:10 p.m. at the Pennfield Township Hall to review the fiscal year proposed budget for 2010-2011.
Present were Supervisor Behnke, Clerk Case, Treasurer Phillips, Trustees Bartlett, Beard and Ensign. Trustee Bordine-Houseman was excused.
The purpose of the Budget Workshop #2 was to continue to go through the fiscal year (2010-2011) proposed budget for the Township’s General Fund, Inspections Department, Water Department and the Sewer Department. Meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
Copies of the proposed budgets will be available for public review at the Township Hall
during regular business hours beginning March 18, 2010.
