About Pennfield Charter Township Fire Department:
Pennfield Fire Department proudly protects approximately 9000 people living in an area of 36 square miles. We operate out of 2 stations that protect a mix of commercial and residential areas. Station Number One is located on Capital Ave NE and Station Number Two is on Bellevue Rd. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid on call status.
 
Mission Statement: The Pennfield Township Fire Department, utilizing a combination of career and part-paid personnel in an efficient and effective manner, has the responsibility to preserve the resources of the community through fire prevention and suppression; to reduce the adverse effects of injury or sudden illness through quality emergency medical service as first responders; to provide the necessary services during natural or man-made disasters; and to respond to the community as requested in the spirit of the fire service.
