Code Enforcement & Compliance

Code Enforcement is responsible for enforcing township ordinances that range from property maintenance issues to zoning requirements. The Code Enforcement Officer reports to the Township Supervisor. Complaints received range from abandoned vehicles, tall weeds, illegal fences, trash, and zoning violations. When calling to make a complaint, you must include details of the complaint and the complete address of the property. The Code Enforcement Officer will inspect the property and if a violation is discovered, a notice will be sent to the property owner.
