Common Complaints

For complaints regarding the following subjects, please contact the Township Code Enforcement Officer:

Junk Vehicles

Unlicensed, Inoperable, Dismantled and / or abandoned vehicles are not allowed anywhere on private property unless housed within a garage.

Unsanitary Conditions

Trash, debris, miscellaneous junk, improper storage etc., is not permitted.

Illegal Storage

Motor homes, travel trailers, snowmobiles, and boats may be stored in the rear yard only. Commercial vehicles, in excess of 2 tons, may not be stored anywhere on residential property. (Note: Check with your homeowners association regarding storage in your area.)

Weed Complaints

Weeds on developed lots that exceed 10" in height are in violation of township ordinance.
