Jeff Collins - Pennfield Charter Township

Lieutenant Jeff Collins started with Pennfield Fire Department in 1996. He was promoted to Lieutenant when he became a full time member of the department in 1998.He currently serves as officer of equipment as well as pre-fire surveys. Jeff previously worked with Marshall City Fire Department and the City of Springfield Department of Public Safety.

Certifications: Firefighter I & II, Fire Officer I & II, Hazardous Material Awareness, Hazardous Material Operations, Hazardous Materials Technician - Advanced, Medical First Responder, FM 123, Firefighter I & II Instructor, Driver Training Instructor, IS-00100, IS-00200, and IS-00700. Jeff has continued education in Basic Confined Space Rescue, Hazardous Waste Emergencies, Incident Command, Firefighter Safety and Survival, Tactical Operations, Arson Investigation, Building Construction, Ice Rescue, and Natural Gas Emergencies
